Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). Last updated: September 2026.

Who we are

Microtecnologysrl Co., Ltd., 44/47 Moo Baan Harmony Ville, Sukhaphiban 5 Soi 80, O-Ngoen, Sai Mai, Bangkok 10220, Thailand (Tax ID 0105554041131) is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at the email address and phone number on the contact page.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or social media plugins. If visit statistics are enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

What we collect

We only receive personal data that you choose to send us: when you write to us by email, call us, or use the quote request form (name, company, email, phone, and the details of your request). Like any website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks; we do not use this data to identify you.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare offers and, if we work together, manage the business relationship. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, the contract itself, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We never sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it

Our service providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), our email provider, and Resend (delivery of quote form messages). Some of them may process data outside Thailand, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and for the periods required by Thai accounting and tax law. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent where it applies. Write to us using the contact details on this site. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand.
